15 YEARS

GRANDMASTER PROJECT

               (with Chess Scholarship for First 40 Student)

3 PHASES

Phase ONE - 1^st 5 years

·         Will be trained by En,Mat Zaki Yeop,Insofar trainers and other invited experienced trainers

Phase TWO - 2^nd 5 years

·         Will be trained by International Masters among them are

·         IM Mas Hafizulhelmi Abdul Rahman ,IM Jimmy Liew &

             IM Mok Tze Meng

Phase THREE - 3^rd 5 years

·         Will be trained by Grandmaster from Indonesia/Philippines/Singapore/Bangladesh

STUDENT

Open to anybody age 4 – 30 years old.

Zero knowledge or able to play or strong players.

Student can choose to be trained at any one of the following places:-

CHESS SCHOLARSHIP

Student will get scholarship from Insofar Chess Academy. Scholarship will be given as follows:-

Year 1 of training -10 units (# )per month (RM10)

Year 2 -40 units per month

Year 3 -50 units per month

Year 4 -100 units per month

Year 5 - 400 units per month

Year 6 - 700 units per month

Year 7 to 15 -1,000 units per month(RM1000)

Student need not complete the whole 15 years course. They can stop anytime. But the scholarship will only continue to be given to the student who did not stop.

# 1 unit can be Rm1 or less. Base on Insofar Chess Academy’s business condition. However, Insofar will do its best to remain 1 unit = RM1.

The scholarship is a GIFT from Insofar. It is not a RIGHT.

Insofar Chess Academy

TIMETABLE

Student can choose any ONE of the following place & time

1.      HBM Shah Alam -                   Saturday 11am – 1pm

2.      AMPAC Bandar Baru Bangi - Saturday 2 - 4pm

3.      Angkasa Training Centre         Monday 5 - 7pm or 8 -10pm

4.      IO PINTAR Kamunting -         Tuesday5 - 7pm or 8 -10pm

5.      Gemilang ,Seri Iskandar -        Wednesday 8 - 10pm

6.      DATCC Wilayah Kompleks -  Friday5 - 7pm or 8 – 10pm

# Student under 10 years old will learn at least 30 minutes per lesson

TARGET

1.      The target of this 15 years GM Project is to produce at least ONE GRANDMASTER.

2.      If could achieve several students became Grandmasters the better.

3.      Students that completed the 15 years course, if did not achieved GM title, will still be very strong chess players.

4.      Students who dropped halfway will still improved a lot.

VISITS/SEMINAR

Phase 1 (1^st 5 years)

·         Monthly visit /seminar by Candidate Masters/Fide Masters

·         CM Collin Madhavan and CM Mohd Fadli Zakaria amongs those involved

·         Every 4 month visit/seminar by International Masters

Yearly visit/seminar by Grandmaster

Phase 2 (2^nd 5 years)

·         Every 4 month visit/seminar by Grandmaster

STUDENTS MOVING OUT OF TOWN

Students that cannot attend weekly classes can attend the seminars as the following

Alternatives

1.      Monthly

Saturday & Sunday, one weekend, 6 hours per day.

2.      4 Monthly

8 days seminar

6 hours per day

3.      Yearly

24 days seminar

6 hours per day

4.      Mat Zaki Yeop is Veteran Champion of Perak and Selangor for many years.Under 20 Champion of Penang(1975) and have trained many junior champions of schools,district and states
